Rear door of Hatchback models — removal and installation (Opel Vectra B)

Removal

1. Remove the ground cable from the battery.

2. Open the rear door and disconnect the electrical connectors.

3. Disconnect the rear door washer hose.

4. While supporting the rear door, detach the rear door support posts from the door.

5. Remove the brackets from the hinge pins, then use a punch to knock out the hinge pins and remove the rear door.

Installation

Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal. Check the operation of the rear door lock.
