Control unit
Removal
1. Disconnect the negative cable from the battery.
2. Remove the lower instrument panel on the driver's side as described in Section 11.
3. If necessary, remove the footwell trim panel as described in Section 11.
4. Unscrew the control unit mounting bolt, disconnect the electrical wiring and remove the unit.
Installation
5. Installation is carried out in reverse order.
Ultrasonic sensor
Removal
6. Disconnect the negative cable from the battery.
7. Remove the B-pillar trim as described in Section 11.
8. Carefully remove the ultrasonic sensor trim panel and pull it downwards.
9. Disconnect the electrical wiring and remove the ultrasonic sensor from the vehicle.
Installation
10. Installation is carried out in reverse order.
Hood sensor
Removal
11. Disconnect the negative cable from the battery.

12. Using a screwdriver, press the latch at the base of the sensor contact and remove the contact.
13. Disconnect the contact wiring and remove the sensor.
Installation
14. Installation is carried out in reverse order.
