Removal and installation front brake pads (Opel Vivaro A)

Removal

1. Remove the front wheels, unscrew the bolts securing the lower guide pins of the brake calipers.

2. Loosen the bolts securing the upper guide pins of the brake calipers.

3. Disconnect the brake hoses from the holders.

4. Rotate the floating brake calipers upward.

5. Remove the brake pads.

6. Check the condition of the brake pads (when replacing brake pads, be sure to replace the pads on the opposite side), condition and fastening of dust-protective covers of wheel cylinder pistons, condition of protective covers of guide pins, condition of brake discs.

7. Clean the brake pad guides and calipers.

Installation

8. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
