Part A: Ignition System with Mechanical Contact Breaker

Type - With battery, ignition coil and distributor driven by camshaft and mechanical contact breaker
Application - On models with 1.3 engine, produced before 1982.
The firing order of the cylinders is 1-3-4-2 (cylinder N 1 is located on the camshaft belt side)
Distributor
Type - Bosch
Rotor rotation direction - Counterclockwise (if you look from the distributor cap side)
Breaker contact gap - 0.4 mm
The angle of the closed state of contacts is 47-53 degrees.
Ignition timing - 10 degrees before TDC (the marks on the crankshaft pulley and the oil pump pulley are aligned) - the vacuum tube is disconnected
Spark plugs
Type Champion RN7YCC or RN7YC
Spark gap*:
- RN7YCC — 0.8mm
- RN7YC — 0.7 mm

- 1.8 — 0-2 degrees, at 1000 rpm 15-21 degrees, at 4000 rpm
Vacuum correction*:
- Start - Maximum
- 1.3 — 76-140 mm Hg* 6-10 degrees, at 65 mm Hg
- 1.6 and 1.8 — 83-135 mm Hg* 11.5-17.5 degrees, at 188-195 mm Hg
