1. Apply the handbrake, then jack up the front of the vehicle and support it on axle stands. Remove the front wheels.
2. Unscrew the nuts and separate the hinge bases from the anti-roll bar (photo). To prevent the tie rod ball pins from rotating, hold them with a wrench by the two machined bevels.
3. In the engine compartment, unscrew the upper clamp bolts of the anti-roll bar and unfasten the clamps (photo).
4. Get the anti-roll bar from under the car.
5. Examine the top rubber pads for wear and, if necessary, remove them from the stem with a lever. Dip the new rubbers in the silicone grease, and install them cut-first on the stem.
6. Insert the anti-roll bar from under the front of the vehicle and install the clips. Insert loose bolts.
7. Reconnect the hinges and tighten the nuts with the specified tightening torque specification.
8. Tighten the upper clamping bolts with the specified tightening torque specification.
9. Install the front wheels and lower the vehicle to the ground.
