2. Unscrew the nuts and separate the ball joint bases from the anti-roll bar (photo). To prevent the ball joint pins from rotating, hold them with a wrench by the two machined chamfers.

3. In the engine compartment, unscrew the upper clamp bolts of the anti-roll bar and unfasten the clamps (photo).

4. Remove the anti-roll bar from under the vehicle.

5. Inspect the upper rubber pads for wear and, if necessary, lever them off the rod. Dip new rubber pads in silicone grease and install them on the rod with the cuts facing forward.
6. Insert the anti-roll bar from under the front of the car and install the clamps. Insert the bolts loosely.
7. Reconnect the hinges and tighten the nuts to the specified tightening torque Specification.
8. Tighten the upper clamp bolts to the specified tightening torque Specification.
9. Install the front wheels and lower the vehicle to the ground.
