Removal and installation the heating control unit (Opel Corsa B)

1. Disconnect the negative cable from the battery.

2. Remove both center deflectors.

3. Remove the fan mode switch handle.

4. Remove the anti-theft alarm switch.

5. If equipped, use a suitable hook to remove the front seat heating switch.

6. Remove the air ventilation mode switch handle.

8. Loosen the mounting screws (1) and remove the control unit panel.

9. Disconnect the cables (1, 2, 4, 5) from the control unit and disconnect the electrical wiring connector. Pull out the connector (3).

10. Loosen the fastening screws (2). Disconnect the control unit and the deflectors housing from the panel by pressing the clamps (1).

11. Installation is carried out in the reverse order. Install the damper rods in accordance with with illustration.
