Removal and installation heater flap drive rods (Opel Corsa B)

Remove the heater control unit and disconnect the corresponding rod (see section Removal and installation the heating control unit).

Windshield ventilation and defroster flap drive rod



1. Remove the pocket under the right side of the instrument panel.

2. Disconnect the rod from the support (1) and the lever (2). Remove the rod from the guide (3) on the air distributor housing at the bottom right.

Footwell flap drive rod



Disconnect the rod (1) from the air distributor housing at the bottom right and disconnect it from the lever (2). Remove the rod.

Air duct flap drive rods (temperature regulation)



1. Remove the pocket under the right side of the instrument panel.



2. Disconnect the rod (2) on the right side of the fan electric motor housing and disconnect the inner cable. Disconnect and remove the rod on the left side from the holder (1).

3. Installation is carried out in the reverse order. Install the rods in accordance with the illustration.

When laying the rods, do not bend them with a radius of less than 60 mm.
