Removal and installation an additional resistor (Opel Corsa B)

1. Remove the heater fan casing, leave the fan motor in the casing.

2. From the passenger compartment, disconnect the connector located to the right of the steering shaft from the fan shroud (additional resistor).

3. Remove the screw (1) securing the additional resistor from the engine compartment.

4. Disconnect the two connectors (2). Note the different widths of the terminals: the terminal of the brown cable is 7.7 mm wide, while the terminals of the black and red cables are 6.3 mm wide

5. Installation is carried out in reverse order.
