Replacing the pre-heating control unit (Opel Insignia A)

1. Open the hood.

2. Loosen the mounting bolts and remove the battery cover (1) by pulling it upwards to release the clips.



3. Disconnect the electrical connectors.

4. Loosen the retaining clamps and remove the pre-heating control unit (2).

5. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.

Note: When installing the glow plug control unit, the retaining clips should audibly click into place.
