1. Raise the front of the car.
2. To reduce fluid loss, tightly wrap the tank cap, laying a plastic film under it.
3. Turn away a bolt and remove an axis of a spring (see photo), mark the position of the clamp, unscrew the clamp bolt and remove the limiter. Remove the spring from the valve lever.
4. Turn away nuts of unions and disconnect from the valve of a tube.
5. Turn away bolts and remove the valve.
6. There are 3 types of valves installed on cars. The new valve must exactly match the one being replaced.
7. When assembling, there should be no passengers in the cabin, the tank should be half full, and the tire pressure should be correct. On models with rear suspension height adjustment, the pneumatic system must have a residual pressure of at least 0.8 atm. Check the valve for proper operation. When you press the pedal, the valve stem should move forward, otherwise replace the valve. If the valve lever has moved away from the limiter, then shift the lever all the way into the limiter, and release, then install the spring so that all the slack is taken out in it, and tighten the clamp bolt.
