Throttle Damper (Automatic Transmission Models) — Adjustment (Opel Vectra A)

1. Remove the air filter or air block, following the Chapter 3.

2. Check that the lever (see illustration) was in the idle position.



3. Loosen the lock nut, unscrew the shock absorber until there is a gap of 0.05 mm between the lever and the tip of the shock absorber. Then screw the shock absorber down 2.5 full turns and tighten the lock nut.

4. Install all previously removed components.
