Carburetor Throttle Damper (Automatic Transmission Models) — Adjustment (Opel Omega A)

1. Adjust the idle speed and mixture as described in Chapter 14.

2. With the throttle lever at idle, loosen the lock nut on the damper and adjust the unit until the clearance between the end of the plunger and the throttle lever is 0.05 mm. From this position, turn the damper 2.5 turns, then tighten the lock nut.
