Automatic transmission fault codes (Opel Vectra A)
Flashing lamp (gear symbol) on the instrument panel signals a malfunction of the automatic transmission. To display the fault codes, connect contacts C and A of the ALDL diagnostic connector (the method for determining the code by the number of lamp flashes is described in detail in Chapter "Fuel injection system").
