Removal and installation front suspension arms (Opel Vivaro A)

The front suspension arms are shown in the figure 6.8.

Removal

1. Remove the wheel.

2. Disconnect the wire from the wheel speed sensor (on vehicles equipped with ABS) (figure 6.6).

3. Unscrew the nut securing the ball joint pin of the control arm, and the bolts securing the suspension arm to the subframe.

4. Disconnect the ball joint from the steering knuckle. Remove the suspension arm.

Installation

5. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
