Main characteristics
System type - Front and rear disc brakes. The brake mechanisms of the front wheels have a floating caliper, and the rear wheels have a rigidly fixed caliper. Master cylinder tandem (two-cavity). The hydraulic drive of the brake system is divided into front and rear circuits with a vacuum brake booster. Some models have a pressure control valve in the rear wheel brakes. All models are equipped with ABS. Cars have a parking brake with brake pads in drums built into the brake discs of the rear wheels.

- Vacuum booster pusher length - 106 + 0.5 mm
- Filling volume of brake fluid about - 0.5 l
- Brake pedal free play - 15±5 mm
- The diameter of the master cylinder for all production models since 1998 is - 25.40 mm
- The diameter of the brake disc of the front wheels for all models produced since 1998 is 296 mm
- The thickness of the new brake disc is 28 mm

Attention! After grinding the brake disc, install new brake pads. Once these pads are worn out, the discs should be replaced.
Attention! After grinding the parking brake drum, new brake pads must be installed. Once these pads are worn out, the drums should be replaced.
