Removing the expansion tank
1. Switch off the ignition and disconnect the plug of the brake fluid level sensor.
2. Remove a cover from a mouth of a broad tank and select from it a liquid.
Attention! Do not try to pump out the liquid with your mouth - it is poisonous. Remember that drained brake fluid cannot be reused.
3. Unscrew a nut and disconnect from a broad tank the giving pipeline of the main cylinder of coupling.
4. Wring out a broad tank from the main brake cylinder. Remove the rubber o-rings from the master cylinder and replace them with new ones. Clean the ports at the base of the expansion tank.

5. Establish on the main brake cylinder new sealing rings.
6. Install the expansion tank on the master cylinder, being careful not to dislodge the O-rings.
7. Connect the clutch master cylinder feed line to the reservoir, then securely tighten the coupler.
8. Fill the tank to the mark «MAX» fresh brake fluid of the correct specification.
9. Bleed the brake system and check its operation.

The sensor is built into the cap of the expansion tank.
10. Turn off the ignition and disconnect the plug of the brake fluid level sensor.
11. Unscrew a cap of a mouth of a broad tank and select surplus of a brake liquid.
The sensor is installed in the reverse order
12. Connect the sensor plug and check its operation by tying the cover over the tank so that the sensor float drops to the maximum distance. At the same time, the corresponding signal light on the instrument panel should light up.
