Removal the expansion tank
1. Turn off the ignition and disconnect the brake fluid level sensor plug.
2. Remove the cap from the expansion tank neck and remove the liquid from it.
Warning! Do not try to suck out the fluid by mouth - it is poisonous. Remember that drained brake fluid is not suitable for reuse.
3. Unscrew the nut and disconnect the clutch master cylinder supply line from the expansion tank.
4. Press the expansion tank away from the master cylinder. Remove the rubber sealing rings from the master cylinder and replace them with new ones. Clean the ports at the base of the expansion tank.

5. Install new O-rings on the master cylinder.

6. Install the expansion tank onto the master cylinder, making sure that the sealing rings do not move.
7. Connect the clutch master cylinder feed line to the reservoir, then tighten the coupling securely.
8. Fill the reservoir up to the "MAX" mark with fresh brake fluid of the appropriate specification.
9. Bleed the brake system and check its operation.
Brake fluid level sensor
Removal
The sensor is built into the expansion tank cap.
10. Turn off the ignition and disconnect the brake fluid level sensor plug.
11. Unscrew the expansion tank cap and remove excess brake fluid.
The sensor is installed in the reverse order
12. Connect the sensor plug and check its operation by tying the lid over the tank so that the sensor float drops to the maximum distance. In this case, the corresponding signal lamp on the instrument panel should light up.
