2. To remove the replacement element, it is necessary to first disconnect the electrical wiring connector of the mass air flow meter (see accompanying illustration), pulling the connector clamps. Loosen the fastening clamp (for example, using the Hazet-426-7 device) and separate the meter from the air cleaner.

3. Remove the 4 mounting screws (see accompanying illustration), then lift the edge (a) of the air cleaner cover on the engine side, release the opposite edge (b) of the cover from the holder on the wing and remove it.

4. Remove the filter element, wipe the inner surfaces of the cover and the air cleaner body with a dry cloth and install a new replacement element. Assembly is performed in the reverse order.
Attention: At the factory, the air cleaner cover is secured with self-tapping screws, they can be used no more than 10 times. If the cover is no longer held tightly on the air cleaner body, it is necessary to drill holes of a suitable diameter in the mounting locations and use ordinary bolts and nuts to secure the cover.
