You will need: 10 mm socket head, fine-nosed pliers, flat-blade screwdriver.
1. Open the hood and place it on the support.

2. Remove the levers from the wiper linkage shafts (see Removal and installation windshield wiper arms).

3. Remove the hood seal from the front shield flanging.

4. Using a screwdriver, push up the clips of the six pins securing the air intake box grille…

Note: This is how the air intake box grille mounting pins are located.

5. …and remove the pistons.

6. Detach the central part of the grille from the box…

7. …and turn it upside down.

8. Disconnect the fluid supply hose from the left washer nozzle fitting and remove the central part of the air intake box grille.

9. Remove the left and right parts of the air intake box grille.

10. Using a screwdriver, push the retaining clip of the water-diverting casing forward…

11. …and remove the piston.

12. Remove the two stops at the bottom of the water drain casing from the holders on the windshield wiper guard…

13. …and remove the water-draining casing.

14. Unscrew the two bolts securing the windshield wiper guard on the left…

15. …and on the right.

16. Use pliers to squeeze the central holder clips of the windshield wiper blade guard…

17. …remove the holder rod from the bracket hole on the body…

18. …and remove the windshield wiper guard.
19. Install the air intake box covers and grille in the reverse order of removal.
