Removal and installation the particulate filter (engine Z19DT(H)) (Opel Vectra C)

25. Loosen the mounting clamps and disconnect the hoses from the soot filter (see accompanying illustration) differential pressure. Remember or mark the position for subsequent installation of the thick (1) and thin (2) hoses.



26. Loosen the union nut, disconnect the temperature sensor (see illustration 21.25) and move it to the side. Unscrew the 2 bolts and remove the filter mounting bracket and separate the filter from the central section of the exhaust system. Disconnect the clamp, remove the filter from the holders and remove it.

27. Installation is carried out in reverse order.

Attention: If the particulate filter has been replaced, the engine management system must be reprogrammed!
