Tip: If oil has entered the cooling system after damage to the cylinder head gasket, you need to flush the radiator. To do this, pour 2 liters of radiator flush into the dismantled units (e.g. solvetan) and shake vigorously. Dispose of the used product in special waste. Then completely flush the cooling system by repeatedly pouring hot water into it.
Symptoms similar to cylinder head gasket damage also occur as a result of small cracks in the cylinder head. If, after dismantling, despite an obvious defect, no damage to the gasket is found, the engine repair shop must pressure test the cylinder head.
