Maintenance work
- Press the protective cap on the door hinges and drip oil into the hinge. Rock the door back and forth several times, wipe off the dripping grease.
- Apply a small amount of oil to the tailgate hinges. Be careful not to stain the interior trim.
- You can treat the door keyholes and trunk lid with a small amount of lubricating spray; as well as door locking devices.
The hinge sleeve is closed with a plug (arrow). To lubricate the hinge, you need to press this dust cap with a screwdriver. Do not lose the cap, after lubrication it is pressed back into place.
