Right o-ring
1. Remove the crankshaft pulley.
2. Drill two small holes into the O-ring, located at diametrically opposite ends of the seal. Insert two self-tapping screws into the drilled holes in the O-ring and use pliers to remove the O-ring from the screw heads.
3. Clean the sealing ring seat.
4. Lubricate the lips of the new O-ring with fresh engine oil and, using a tubular drift, install the O-ring into its seat.
5. Clean all traces of oil, then install the crankshaft pulley.

6. Remove flywheel or drive plate.
7. Drill two small holes into the O-ring, located at diametrically opposite ends of the seal. Screw the two self-tapping screws into the drilled holes in the O-ring and, using pliers, remove the O-ring from the screw heads.
8. Clean the sealing ring seat.
9. Lubricate the lips of the new O-ring with fresh engine oil and, using a tubular drift, install the O-ring into its seat.
10. Install flywheel or drive plate.
