Removing
1. Raise the front of the car and secure it on stands. Remove the right wheel.
2. Remove the auxiliary drive belt.
3. Loosen the crankshaft pulley bolt. To prevent the crankshaft from turning, lock it by engaging any gear and pressing the brake.
4. Unscrew the bolt and remove the crankshaft pulley. Check the condition of the crankshaft oil seal and replace if necessary.
Installation
Warning! When installing the pulley, a new bolt must be used.
1. Install the pulley on the crankshaft. In this case, align the groove in the pulley with the crankshaft key.
2. Install the crankshaft pulley bolt.
3. Secure the crankshaft from turning and tighten the crankshaft pulley bolt in several steps.
4. Install the auxiliary drive belt.
5. Install the wheel and lower the car.
