Removal
1. Raise the front of the car and secure it on stands. Remove the right wheel.
2. Remove the auxiliary drive belt.
3. Loosen the crankshaft pulley mounting bolt. To prevent the crankshaft from turning, secure it by engaging any gear and pressing the brake.
4. Unscrew the bolt and remove the crankshaft pulley. Check the condition of the crankshaft oil seal ring and replace it if necessary.
Installation
Warning: A new bolt must be used when installing the pulley.

1. Install the pulley on the crankshaft. In doing so, align the groove in the pulley with the key of the crankshaft.

2. Install the crankshaft pulley mounting bolt.

3. Secure the crankshaft from turning and tighten the crankshaft pulley mounting bolt in several steps.
4. Install the auxiliary drive belt.
5. Install the wheel and lower the vehicle.
