Replacing the air filter (Opel Vectra A)

The air filter should be replaced every 2 years or every 30,000 km.

Removal

Open the clamps on the filter housing cover.

Remove the two Phillips head screws.

Remove the top portion of the air filter housing and set aside.

Remove the filter element from the top of the filter.

Wipe the filter housing with a clean, dry cloth.

Installation

Install the filter element.

Install the upper part of the filter in place. Make sure the gasket is positioned correctly.

Close the locks. Screw in the Phillips head screws.
