Removal and installation the fan motor (Opel Vectra A)

Removal

Disconnect the ground wire from the battery.



Disconnect the connector from the fan motor.

Loosen the fan casing mounting bolts and remove it upwards together with the electric motor.



Disconnect the electric motor from the fan housing.

Installation

Secure the electric motor to the fan casing.

Insert the electric motor with the casing into the fan guides and secure.

Connect the connector.

Connect the ground wire to the battery.

Start the engine, warm it up and check the functionality of the fan.
