Brake fluid should be changed once a year, regardless of mileage. At the service station, a special installation is used to replace the brake fluid and remove air. The volume of liquid when replacing is about 500 cm3 on one wheel.
Take precautions when handling brake fluid (see section "Brake fluid" V previous chapter).
Draw off the brake fluid from the reservoir approximately 10 mm.
Attention! Do not empty the tank, otherwise air will enter the system.
Fill the reservoir with fresh brake fluid up to the mark "MAX".
Connect a clean hose to the right rear brake caliper bleeder valve and use a suitable container.
Open the valve and depress the brake pedal about 10 times to release the old brake fluid.
Tighten the valve, add the required amount of fresh fluid to the reservoir.
In the same way, pump out the old brake fluid from the remaining brake calipers.
Attention! Bleed brake fluid until the fluid coming out is clean and free of air bubbles.
Take the old brake fluid to a special collection point.
