Drill out rivets 1 of the window regulator mount with a drill of 8.5 mm diameter and knock them out backwards with a punch.

Caution! Be careful not to damage the door!

Mark the position of the screws 2 securing the lower guide by tracing their heads with a waterproof marker. Unscrew the screws.

Remove stop 3 and pull the window regulator out of the door.

Installation

Before installation, check the operation of the window lift lever.

Insert the lever support into the guides.

Install the lever in the door cutout. To do this, clamp the window regulator with a clamp, having previously adjusted it to the holes. Secure the window regulator with rivets with countersunk heads (rivet dimensions: 4.8x11 mm).

If the specified rivets or appropriate equipment are not available, secure the window regulator using appropriately sized bolts and nuts. Lubricate the nuts with Loctite protective paste before installation.

Secure with screws 2 (see fig.D1144) the lower guide in accordance with the marks made. If necessary, use these screws to adjust the position of the glass in the guide relative to the door frame.

Connect the electric drive connector.

In case of electric window: adjust its installation. To do this, close all doors, press and hold the window closing switch for at least 2 seconds.

In case of a mechanical window lift: check its operation. The glass should rise and fall easily.

Stick the protective film with double-sided tape.

Install the door trim.
