Adjusting the electric drives of the central lock (Opel Vectra A)

Adjustment of the central lock electric drives should be performed in case of malfunction of the central lock or security alarm. Adjustment is also mandatory after disassembling these systems.



Remove the door trim.

Remove the electric lock.

Install and hold the pusher 1 (Fig. D6449) of the electric drive in the closed position.

Loosen screws 2.

In the driver's door (pos. 3): by moving the drive, rest the lock lever against the rubber buffer 3.

In the front passenger door and rear door (pos. 4): by moving the drive, set the size to 2 mm (see fig.).

Install an electric lock.

Check the operation of the lock. To do this, turn on the central lock and check whether all doors and lids are locked and unlocked.

Install the door trim.
