Rear Crankshaft Oil Seal — Removal and Installation (Opel Omega B2)

1. Remove the flywheel from the crankshaft (see the relevant chapter).

2. Press out the seal 1 from the holder using a suitable tool, without damaging the sealing surfaces of the holder (see illustration).



3. Apply white sealant to the working surface of the new seal and drive it into the hole in the holder with mandrel 2, connecting handle 4 KM-454-V with support 3 to it (see illustration).
