Remove the air filter.
After adjusting the starting valve clearance, it is necessary to check the play between the support valve lever and the rod.
To do this, use a vacuum pump to create low pressure in the vacuum regulator until the rod is fully retracted.

The amount of play -A-, of the support flap lever, see table.
Adjustment is made by bending the end of the rod.
Install the air filter.
Attention! If this adjustment does not help, then an additional damping valve ET-831790 is installed, if not built-in, in the vacuum channel, between the carburetor and the vacuum regulator. Moreover, the conical part of the valve should face the carburetor. For alteration, use a new vacuum hose.
