Replacing the Generator Drive Pulley — Removal and Installation (Opel Corsa C)

Removal

Remove the generator.

Secure the generator in a vice

Remove the generator drive pulley.

Release the drive pulley cover from the snap-on fasteners.

Hold the drive pulley using the special tool KM-6372.

Unscrew the drive pulley.

Installation

Install the generator drive pulley.

Hold the drive pulley using the special tool KM-6372.

Tighten the alternator drive pulley to 80 Nm.

Snap the drive pulley cover into place.

Remove the generator from the vice.

Install the generator.
