Replacing the drive belt idler pulley (Opel Insignia A)

1. Remove the drive belt.

2. Unscrew the idler pulley fastening and remove the pulley from the engine.

2. Unscrew the idler pulley fastening and remove the pulley from the engine.


3. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.

Note: Tightening torque for fastening the idler pulley: 58 Nm.
