Removal and installation the Easytronic clutch control module (Opel Astra H)

1. Remove the battery and battery support tray (see Chapter 5).

2. Unscrew the mounting bolt (see accompanying illustration) and disconnect the brake fluid reservoir from the clutch control module mounting plate.



3. Disconnect the cable channel connector from the clutch control module.

4. Remove the 2 upper mounting bolts (see accompanying illustration) control module and raise the vehicle on a lift.



5. Disconnect the hydraulic return line from the module (see illustration 1.3), after disconnecting the line, the mounting clamp must be put back in place.

6. Remove the 2 lower mounting bolts (see accompanying illustration) and remove the clutch control module, if necessary, disconnect the clutch hydraulic line supply hose from the module together with the brake fluid reservoir.





7. Installation is carried out in reverse order.
