This procedure is not particularly difficult. Sensor (with appropriate equipment) is installed on the oil pan. Before performing this operation, it is necessary to drain the oil, disconnect the electrical wiring connector, and, as a rule, remove the oil pan (see Section 12) and remove the sensor (the mount may vary depending on the engine model).
