2. Drain the gasoline tank through the hose (or run out the rest of the gasoline). There is no drain plug in the tank.
3. Remove exhaust pipes.
4. Loosen the parking brake adjusting nut.
5. Disconnect the parking brake cable from the rear brake levers (Chapter 9).
6. Get a cable from brackets and take away from a tank.
7. On Astra models, disconnect the connector from the fuel pump (see above). On Zafira models, disconnect the fuel pump wire connector under the vehicle (see photo).
8. Remove the rubber apron of the filler neck of the tank and unscrew the bolt securing the neck to the body (see photo).
9. Remove the rear right wheel and the protective fender panel.
10. Designate and disconnect hoses from a mouth of a tank. Disconnect the hoses at the base of the neck. Turn away a bolt and remove a mouth of a tank.
11. Designate and disconnect both petrol pipelines from a tank. Remove fuel filter (see photo).
12. Hang the tank on the trolley-jack, laying the board.
13. Turn away bolts and nuts and remove fixing tapes. Carefully lower the tank while disconnecting the remaining wires and hoses.
14. Installation is carried out in the reverse order. When finished, adjust the parking brake.
