Note: The fuel tank is equipped with a float valve to limit the filling, located at the filler neck. To prevent damage to the float valve, use only a commercially available hose designed specifically for this purpose. Observe safety regulations when working with fuel. Store fuel drained from the tank in a suitable container.
1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
2. Remove the fuel tank filler cap.
3. Insert a suitable fuel drain hose from the tank into the filler neck.
4. Connect the hose to a hand or pneumatic suction pump.
