Control unit
If the block is to be changed, it should be adapted in a car service center.
1. The control unit for the central locking system is mounted in the footwell on the passenger side, under the side trim.
2. Disconnect the battery from ground.
3. Remove the side trim in the passenger side footwell.
4. Disconnect the two connectors from the unit (see photo).

5. Unscrew 2 screws and remove the control unit.
6. Installation is carried out in reverse order.

Door lock actuators
7. The actuators are built into the door locks, the removal procedure for which is discussed above.
Trunk/Rear Compartment Lock Actuators
8. Remove the interior trim of the trunk/rear compartment lid.
9. On sedan models, remove the drum lock switch housing.
10. Remove the latch and disconnect the actuator rod from the lock (see photo).

11. Disconnect the wires from the actuator (see photo).

12. Loosen the bolts and remove the actuator (see photo).


Fuel filler flap actuator Hatchback and sedan
13. Remove the mat in the trunk.
14. Remove the rear side trim.
15. Disconnect the wires from the actuator, open the hatch, unscrew the bolts and remove the actuator.
Station wagon and Zafira
16. In the rear compartment, remove the trim by turning the fasteners and remove the cover of the fuel filler flap actuator.
17. Disconnect the wires from the actuator, open the hatch, unscrew the bolts and remove the actuator.
