Sunroof glass panel — removal and installation (Opel Astra G)

1. Move the light filter back, open the sunroof glass halfway.

2. Unscrew the 4 bolts at the front of the glass panel and remove the casing.

3. Loosen the guide bolts on both sides of the panel.

4. Remove the glass panel. Check the condition of the hatch opening seal, replace the seal if necessary.

5. Installation is done in reverse order. Adjust the position of the panel so that it is flush with the roof (the lowering of the front edge of the panel relative to the roof by no more than 1 mm is allowed, the permissible excess of the rear edge above the roof should not be more than 1 mm).
