Auxiliary fan
1. Remove the radiator grille as described in Chapter 11.
2. Loosen the horn mounting bolt and move it to the side.
3. Disconnect the front mount bracket and fan.
4. Disconnect the multi-pin plug, then remove the fan carefully to avoid damaging the condenser fins.
5. Assembly is carried out in reverse order.
Compressor (with attached pipes)
6. Disconnect the contacts of the safety magnetic clutch switch wire from the compressor (at high pressure) and auxiliary fan switch.
7. Loosen the adjusting and pivot bolts.
8. Loosen the outer adjusting lock nut to loosen the drive belt, then remove the drive belt from the pulley.
9. Remove the pivot and adjusting bolts and move the compressor to one side.
10. Assembly is carried out in the reverse order, while the drive belt adjustment is carried out as described in Chapter 13 of Section 2.
