Heater — removal and installation (Opel Omega A)

1. Remove the instrument panel (Chapter 30).

2. Remove the wiper arms and blades (Section 12).

3. Unscrew the nuts from the wiper spindle housing.

4. Remove the trim strip and remove the water deflector.

5. Remove the heater radiator (Chapter 33).

6. Unscrew the fan motor mounting bolts.

7. Unscrew the heater bolt from the bulkhead and remove it from the car. Disconnect the remaining control cables (photo).



8. Assembly is carried out in the reverse order, but insulate the mounting bolts to the bulkhead using suitable material.
