Removal and installation the heater fan
Remove the windshield wiper arms.
Disconnect the wire from the negative terminal of the battery.
Remove the outer air intake grille.
Disconnect the hose from the right windshield washer nozzle.
Remove the gasket.
Loosen the hex nut of the right wiper arm axle.
Remove the water deflector shield.
Disconnect the electrical connector.
Loosen the fan casing mounting bolts and remove it.
Remove the multi-pin plug from the fan shroud cover.
Remove the fan shroud cover.
Unscrew the fan motor mount and remove it from the casing.
The heater fan is installed in the reverse order of removal.
