Remove the steering wheel center trim together with the horn switch.
Turn the steering wheel one way and then the other to access the lower screws securing the exterior light switch trim and remove these screws, then the upper screws securing the trim.
Remove the instrument cluster trim.
Remove the two screws securing the instrument cluster.
Pull the instrument cluster slightly out of its socket, disconnect the flexible speedometer drive shaft and remove the instrument cluster.
The instrument cluster is installed in the reverse order of removal.
