Electronic control unit for cooling and air conditioning system — replacement (Opel Zafira A)

The unit was installed on cars manufactured before 2000, equipped with an air conditioning system. A malfunction of this unit may be indicated by the corresponding control lamp (see "Controls and instruments").

Sequence of execution



1. Prepare the car for work (see "Preparing the car for maintenance and repair").

2. Remove the front bumper (see "Front bumper - replacement").

3. Disconnect the wire harness holder from the block bracket.

5. Using a TORX E10 key, unscrew the two bolts securing the bracket to the body and remove the unit together with the bracket.
