Turn off the engine, fill the tank to the MAX level on the level indicator attached to the cover.
Start the engine and immediately add fluid to the MIN mark on the level indicator. Do not allow the tank to be dry under any circumstances.
With the engine idling, slowly turn the steering wheel two or three times about 45° to the right and left of center, then turn it from lock to lock. Do not hold the steering wheel at any lock, as this will cause increased load on the hydraulic system.
Turn off the engine and check the fluid level. At the operating temperature of the fluid (80°C), the level should be at the MAX mark, and at its temperature of 20°C - at the MIN mark. If necessary, top up the fluid.
