1. To remove the instrument panel, you must first remove all equipment installed on it, the steering wheel, the steering column cover, and the center console (see the relevant sections of this chapter). Unscrew the 4 bolts and nut securing the panel (see accompanying illustration), remove it and take it out of the car interior.
