Display of time, radio or date, Check-Control test results and on-board computer
The display lights up when the ignition is switched on. The display always shows the time, the date is displayed when the radio is switched off. Messages about the results of Check-Control checks have priority over the indication of the on-board computer.
The brightness of the indicator is adjusted when the lighting is on using the right regulator located under the light switch.
When the ignition is switched off, the time, date and outside temperature can be displayed briefly for about 15 seconds by pressing one of the two buttons at the top of the display.
Setting date and time
Turn off the radio and the buttons

above the display, press in the following order:
Installation mode:
with about 2 sec, days are flashing;
set day;
the months are blinking,
set month;
years are blinking;
set year;
the clock is blinking;
set the clock;
minutes are flashing;

set minutes;
the clock is turned on with an accuracy of up to a second.
If you only need to set the time, then press the button in the setting mode
until the hours or minutes start flashing.
Malfunction indication
The F indication on the display indicates a malfunction. The faulty function is blocked. To eliminate the cause, contact an authorized Opel workshop.
