1. Before you start assembling, make sure that you have purchased all the necessary parts and prepared all the tools. Read the description of all procedures to fully familiarize yourself with the work ahead and make sure that everything you need is at hand. In addition to tools and materials, you will need a blocking compound and liquid sealant (recommended sealant numbers are given in the text).
2. To save time and avoid problems, assembly can be done in the following order:
A) Crankshaft.
b) Piston/rod assemblies.
V) Oil pump.
G) Pallet.
d) Flywheel/Drive Disc.
e) Head (ki) cylinder block.
and) Tension mechanism, sprockets and toothed drive belt.
h) intake and exhaust manifolds (see related section).
And) External engine components.
3. At this stage, all engine components must be absolutely clean and dry. Components must be placed on a clean work surface.
