1. Inspect the timing belt and make sure it is not damaged or worn.
2. Check the ease of movement of the timing belt guide roller. If the sound of the bearing rotating is heard, replace the roller.
3. Inspect the guide roller sealing washer. If the washer has worn out due to friction or other reasons and as a result the roller has play, replace the washer with a new one.
4. Inspect the surface of the timing belt drive gear and make sure there are no burrs. Replace the gear if necessary.
