Manual speed control device (Opel Omega A)

            0

Allows you to maintain any constant vehicle speed over 40 km/h.

Do not turn on the regulator if the selected constant speed does not correspond to real road conditions (for example, heavy traffic, a lot of sharp turns on the road, rain or ice).

On models with automatic transmission, the device is activated only in position "D".

On models with automatic transmission, the device is activated only in position «D».


I - on with locking



Press: the speed is programmed. The accelerator pedal can be released. Acceleration by adding gas is allowed. After releasing the pedal, the speed will be restored to the programmed value.

I - acceleration with fixation



Short press repeatedly: gradually increase the speed.

Press and hold: continuously increases the speed to the desired value. After releasing, the selected speed is programmed and will be constantly maintained at this level.

0 - off



Short press: the control device is switched off. The car will begin to slowly reduce speed. If the speed drops below 40 km/h, the control device switches off automatically. The automatic switch-off device also operates when the brake pedal or clutch is pressed.

R - turn on the program



Short press at speeds above 40 km/h: restores the speed programmed before the device was turned off.

When the engine is turned off, the set program is reset.
