When installing the check valve, the arrows on the valve body must point towards the engine intake manifold.

Pressure regulator



On station wagons and vans, the regulator regulates the pressure in the hydraulic drive of the rear wheel brake mechanisms depending on the load on the rear axle.

On hatchback and sedan vehicles, the left rear and right rear brake pressure regulators are connected directly to the holes of the corresponding circuits of the master brake cylinder. The regulators regulate the pressure in the hydraulic drive of the rear wheel brake mechanisms depending on the pressure in the front wheel brake drive. Regulator brand: Teves or GMF.



Brake fluid



Capacity of the hydraulic brake system, l: 0.4.

The brake fluid used complies with SAE J 1703 116, DOT 3 or DOT 4.

Replacement frequency: once a year, regardless of the vehicle mileage.

Brake light switch



The mechanical switch must turn on the brake light lamps when the brake pedal travel is no more than 20±5 mm.
